A.M. Pitts Construction was founded in February 2024 by Mason Pitts, continuing a family legacy of over 40 years in the excavation and utilities industry. Growing up on construction sites and working alongside his father from a young age, Mason developed a passion for the industry that inspired his career path.
Before establishing A.M. Pitts Construction, Mason earned his Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and spent seven years in the engineering industry, becoming a Professional Engineering (PE). This unique combination of hands-on construction experience and formal engineering education gives our company a significant advantage in understanding both the design and implementation aspects of construction projects.

Mason founded A.M. Pitts Construction with the support of his wife, Allie, and their daughter, Harper. As a 6th generation Austinite, Mason's deep roots in Central Texas inform his understanding of the local terrain, community values, and regional construction needs.
