The Dimicelli Ranch project in Bruni, Texas showcases our comprehensive land improvement capabilities on a large-scale property. The house pond design incorporated a unique two-section layout with a culvert connection beneath the entrance road. This creates a striking water feature that greets visitors as they approach the main residence.
To ensure water retention in these ponds, we utilized specialized SoilFloc polymer technology. This innovative approach involved tilling the polymer into the soil and lining the interior of the ponds to prevent water seepage—a critical consideration in the South Texas climate.
Ranch Road Development
Our road construction utilized on-site base materials to create durable access ways throughout the property. This approach provided both cost efficiency and environmental benefits by minimizing the need for imported materials. We installed over 4,200 feet of poly pipe to connect existing water wells to the newly constructed ponds.
