Maraldo Ranch
Westhoff, TX
Our Maraldo Ranch project in Westhoff, Texas showcases our ability to transform overgrown rural land into open, functional acreage - while making smart use of existing on-site resources.
Land Clearing & Brush Management
The project centered on opening up the land surrounding the property's central pond:
- Grubbing & Piling - Removed trees and brush from the site, clearing the way for usable pasture and improved pond access
- Root Mulching - Mulched roots in place to eliminate regrowth and return organic material to the soil
- Regrading - Finished grading to restore natural drainage and create a clean, level landscape around the pond
Pond & Water System
To ensure the pond stays healthy and full year-round, we put an existing on-site asset back to work:
- Solar Pump Installation - Identified and utilized a legacy well left over from previous oil and gas operations on the property
- Installed a solar-powered pump to draw from the well and maintain consistent pond water levels
- A sustainable, low-maintenance solution that adds long-term value to the ranch
